Mother's Day is always the Second Sunday in May.

Mothering Sunday (UK Mother's Day) for the Next 10 Years

Mothering Sunday whilst following the same idea as that of Mother's day in America is on a different Sunday every year in England as, although, it is always the 4th Sunday in Lent, this festival's date varies and hence so does Mother's day.

I'm sure you know this also however just to confirm that there are 31 days in December New Year's Eve is on December 31st.
